About the project
Project „Angling Along the Danube - Danube fishing routes“ is co-financed by European Union trough European Regional Development Fund under the Interreg V-A Romania – Bulgaria Programme.

Objective
Improving the sustainable use of natural heritage and resources by developing common touristic products by recreational of fishing perspective.
Other specific objectives:

Raising awareness within the CBC RO-BG area of the social and economic benefits of recreational fishing tourism

Development and promotion of two new touristic products based on natural resources and recreational fishingv.
Specific objective 2.1: "Improving the sustainable use of natural heritage, resources and cultural heritage"
Eligible area:

Romania: Mehedinți, Dolj, Olt, Teleorman, Giurgiu, Călărași, Constanța;

Bulgaria: Vidin, Vratsa, Montana, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Silistra, Dobrich.
